About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle guest check in procedures and ensure compliance with lounge admission guidelines
- Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests at lounge entrances and reception areas
- Assist guests with internet access, baggage arrangements, shower access, and nap room bookings
- Conduct regular checks of all lounge areas and report maintenance or cleaning requirements
- Promote lounge services and facilities while handling guest requests and complaints professionally
- Manage lost and found items and maintain proper documentation
- Handle confidential guest information with a high level of integrity and discretion
- Answer incoming telephone calls and take appropriate immediate actions when required
- Maintain accurate records of cash flows, receipts, and related documentation
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor in line with operational requirements
Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent; diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or airport operations is an advantage
- Presentable, customer focused, and professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good command of spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Basic cash handling skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work shift duties as required
