- Coordinate room and event bookings through communication with Front Office and Events Service
Requirements
- Completed training in hospitality or solid experience in guest reception, front office, or similar areas
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Service oriented with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work independently
- Technically savvy with quick comprehension

- Erstellung von Angeboten und Vertragsunterlagen in Deutsch und Englisch
- Einbuchen und Bearbeiten von Veranstaltungen
- Kontrolle der Depositrichtlinien für Veranstaltungs und Gruppenzimmerbuchungen
- Führen von Veranstaltungsabsprachen mit den Kunden
- Koordination der Zimmer bzw. Veranstaltungsbuchungen durch Kommunikation mit dem Front Office bzw. mit dem Events Service

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder fundierte Erfahrung im Gästeempfang, Rezeption oder ähnlichen Bereichen (z.B. als Front Office Agent, Rezeptionist*in)
- Deine herzliche und authentische Persönlichkeit überzeugt nicht nur Gäste, sondern auch Kollegen
- Du liebst die Hotellerie und bist Gastgeber mit Freude und Herz
- Du bist serviceorientiert und hast stets ein offenes Ohr für unsere Gäste
- Du hast Spaß daran, selbständig zu arbeiten
- Du bist technisch versiert und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
