Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Housekeeping colleagues in delivering Hyatt standards.
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Conduct room inspections and quality checks.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Opera or hotel management systems is an advantage.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
