About the Role
Keolis MHI is hiring a Group Station Supervisor to lead station staff and ensure safe, reliable, and customer-focused metro station operations in Dubai. The role requires supervising Station Masters and other frontline staff, managing cash and revenue procedures, and responding to emergencies.

- Lead a team of Station Masters, Station Agents, and other frontline staff to deliver safe and customer focused station environment
- Manage cash and NOL products, report discrepancies, and oversee cash collection and reconciliation
- Supervise day to day station operations, queue management, and ensure smooth passenger flow
- Support emergency situations, special events, and deploy additional manpower as needed
- Conduct Competency Management System (CMS) assessments and performance reviews for Station Masters
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising a team of frontline staff delivering customer services in a metro station or equivalent
- Must have 6 months prior experience working as a Station Master within Keolis MHI Dubai Metro
- Degree or higher diploma in a related discipline (desirable)
- Good literacy and numeracy skills

Position Purpose
- Lead a team of station staff to deliver safe, reliable, world class customer focused station environment
- Reports directly to Passenger Services Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, reliable, world class customer focused station environment and car park services
- Build and maintain high level of customer service excellence
- Ensure staff compliance with revenue procedures and monitor adherence to procedures
- Prepare teams daily by monitoring staff appearance and briefing prior to shift
- Manage cash and NOL products, report discrepancies, oversee cash collection and reconciliation
- Plan and execute internal test case plans among group stations
- Support stations in emergency situations and organize deployment of additional manpower
- Supervise day to day station operations and assist in queue management
- Support fine issuance and assist with necessary documentation
- Monitor and maintain safe and secure station and car park environment
- Conduct Competency Management System (CMS) assessments and performance reviews
Minimum Qualifications
- Ideally a degree holder or higher diploma in a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising frontline staff in metro station or equivalent
- Must have 6 months prior experience as Station Master within Keolis MHI Dubai Metro
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to understand complex systems and good IT skills
