Job Summary

Euro Systems is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Group Finance Manager.

The role leads finance across the organisation and its various business units.

The position covers financial strategy, project finance, cash flow, banking, reporting, compliance, risk management, and financial governance.

The required background is 15–20 years of progressive UAE finance experience in contracting, construction, architectural fit-out, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Group Finance function across multiple companies and business units.
Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and long-term financial plans.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Monitor project performance, profitability, job costing, margins, and cost controls.
Oversee project accounting, billing, revenue recognition, retention, variations, accruals, and contract matters.
Manage Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, trade finance, working capital facilities, and banking relationships.
Monitor receivables, payables, collections, cash utilisation, and working capital.
Maintain financial controls and ensure IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance.
Lead closing activities, coordinate audits, and review financial risks.
Provide analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Improve finance policies, procedures, reporting systems, controls, automation, and efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related discipline.
15–20 years of progressive finance experience in the UAE is mandatory.
Strong industry experience in contracting, construction, architectural fit-out, aluminium and façade, or related project-based industries is mandatory.
At least five years in a Finance Manager, Group Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar senior leadership role.
Experience managing multiple companies, projects, or business units.
Expertise in Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, trade finance, banking facilities, and working capital management.
Knowledge of project accounting, job costing, contract accounting, revenue recognition, and project profitability analysis.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial planning, and management reporting.
Understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, and statutory compliance.
Audit experience is highly preferred.
Strong ERP, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting systems experience.
Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA are preferred.

Workplace

The role is based in person in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.

Compensation

Pay is AED 14,000–AED 16,000 per month.
