Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Operate surface, cylindrical, centerless, and similar grinding machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Use appropriate grinding wheel types, abrasives, and dressing techniques.
- Stand for extended periods and handle heavy materials.
- Apply good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Follow workplace safety standards and use PPE.
- Handle hazardous materials or work safely in hazardous environments.

Requirements
