Overview
- Our client is a leading Medium company in the field of Beverage Manufacturing in Saudi Arabia.
- We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and highly capable General Manager to oversee our complete end to end operations in Jeddah.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep sector expertise and a proven track record of driving change and growth within the Kingdom's competitive beverage market.
Seven Main Tasks
- Full P&L Accountability: Drive financial performance, maximize profitability, manage operational budgets, and align resource allocation with company growth objectives.
- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Design and execute long term business strategies, operational models, and market expansion plans under the guidance of the Group CEO.
- Change Management & Transformation: Lead organizational restructuring, modernize manufacturing processes, and foster an adaptable, high performance corporate culture.
- Commercial & Market Growth: Oversee sales, marketing, and distribution networks within the KSA market to increase market share across key product segments.
- Supply Chain & Production Oversight: Direct manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain logistics to maximize efficiency and maintain high compliance standard protocols.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor, build, and lead a high performing department head layer, managing performance metrics across a 6 day workweek schedule.
- Stakeholder & Board Reporting: Maintain direct communication and provide comprehensive progress reports to the Group CEO regarding overall operational performance and strategic targets.
