Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of field service experience with capability to lead small technical teams
- Strong communication skills with advanced proficiency in English and experience in multicultural environments
- High flexibility with willingness to travel extensively (70–80%) and work shifts
- Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering from a vocational school, technical college, or university
- Results driven, proactive, self motivated team player with strong initiative
