Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build React and Next.js frontends in TypeScript.
• Design and implement Node.js and Python backend services and APIs.
• Build and integrate AI agent features, including prompt design, tool use, function calling, and RAG pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end from database integration through API, user interface, and release.
• Write SQL and develop query performance skills involving query plans and indexing.
• Implement application authentication using JWT, OAuth2, and session management.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and basic monitoring for shipped services.
• Review pull requests, write tests, and maintain code quality.

Information Security Management System

• Safeguard company information according to information protection requirements.
• Implement and maintain an Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27000 series standards.
• Support ISO/IEC 27001 certification where applicable.
• Maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines with the Information Technology Security Committee.

Tech Stack

• Frontend and backend technologies include React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and APIs.
• Databases include Oracle, node-oracledb, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Authentication technologies include Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth2, JWT, and session management.
• Testing tools include Vitest, Jest, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Tooling includes Git, Docker, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
• The development process uses Agile practices such as sprint planning, standups, story breakdown, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience building production web applications as a full-stack developer.
• Strong React skills, including hooks and modern patterns.
• Production experience with Next.js using the App Router or Pages Router.
• Node.js backend experience with Express or NestJS.
• Python development experience.
• Experience designing REST APIs with versioning, pagination, error contracts, and idempotency.
• Working SQL knowledge, including joins, basic query design, and debugging.
• Understanding of JWT, OAuth2, and session management.
• Comfort working in Agile processes such as sprint planning, standups, story breakdown, and retrospectives.
• Git, code review discipline, and the ability to debug across the browser, API, and database layers.
• Basic understanding of AI agents, including LLMs, tool use, prompt design, RAG, and function calling.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, MCP, or a similar framework.
