Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and maintain good customer relationships.
- Maintain credit documentation, including applications, rates or tariffs, and discount or rebate eligibility.
- Review customer accounts, payments, credit history, and repayment terms with customers and internal teams.
- Generate and deliver invoices, credit notes, and statements on time and verify their accuracy.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve disputes relating to debit notes and outstanding balances.
- Monitor collections, process receipts on time, and send regular customer statements.
- Keep debtor accounts current and prepare required debtor management information reports.
- Liaise with customers, including visits when needed, to resolve statement errors and disputes.
- Complete month-end and year-end closing activities with proper documentation.
- Prepare the daily collection report.

- Experience or capability in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate debtor records is required.
- Ability to prepare and verify invoices, credit notes, statements, receipts, and collection records is required.
- Ability to communicate with customers and resolve payment, statement, and debit-note disputes is required.
- Ability to complete month-end and year-end closing activities with proper documentation is required.
