Job Summary
- The Director of Front Office is responsible for managing the front office team and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive at the hotel.
- The Director of Front Office will work closely with the hotel’s sales and marketing team and ensure that the hotel is meeting its revenue goals.
- Additionally, the Director of Front Office will be responsible for developing and implementing systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the front office operation.
Job Specification
- Candidates must have a dynamic leadership style, possessing excellent communication and decision making skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Command of the English language both written and verbal. Proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage
- Strong media, presentation and computer skills
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the industry.
