Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with UAE and company regulations
- Manage Tally ERP for daily accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Supervise purchase and procurement processes, including vendor selection, cost negotiation, and purchase order approvals
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flows to ensure efficient financial control
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT and other statutory reports as per UAE laws
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls and audit procedures
- Coordinate with department heads to control costs and improve profitability
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external consultants
- Lead, train, and motivate the accounts and procurement teams
Requirements
- CA Inter or ACCA preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry
- Proficient in Tally ERP
- Experienced in procurement & vendor management
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- In depth knowledge of UAE accounting and VAT regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Fluency in Gujarati (Preferred)
- English and Hindi proficiency desirable

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Finance Manager to lead the finance and procurement functions of our hotel operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel accounting, Tally ERP, and purchase & procurement management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: CA Inter or ACCA preferred; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

- Proficient in Tally ERP and experienced in procurement & vendor management.
