- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT requirements, and statutory obligations
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board
- Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency
- Lead risk management initiatives and safeguard company assets
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, regulators, and key stakeholders
- Support business expansion, acquisitions, investments, and strategic projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA
- Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
