Responsibilities
- Operate forklift in a proper manner ensuring no accidents/damages due to negligent driving
- Ensure forklift is optimally utilized and regularly maintained
- Carry out daily inspection of equipment prior to usage
- Stop operation of equipment at any given time in the event of malfunction
- Report accidents immediately to the supervisor
- Follow instructions from supervisor during loading and unloading material whilst observing HSE policies
- Prepare material for outbound
- Ensure materials are stacked accurately assuring safe and proper placement
- Report damages immediately to the supervisor while performing duty
- Elevate potential problems, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement to the supervisor
- Perform any other related duties/projects assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- High School education
- 2 years forklift experience in UAE
- Valid UAE Forklift Licence
- Basic Communication Skills
- Excellent hand/eye coordination
- Aptitude towards safety

Overview
- The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that offloading put away, picking and packing processes for inbound and outbound operations are performed efficiently and in a safe manner so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Operating the forklift in a proper manner and ensuring that no accidents / damages are caused due to negligent driving.
- Ensuring that the forklift is optimally utilized and regularly maintained.
- Carrying out daily inspection of equipment prior to usage to ensure that the equipment is safe to be operated and reporting any discrepancy to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensuring to stop operation of equipment at any given time in the event of malfunction.
- Reporting accidents immediately to the supervisor.
- Following instructions from the supervisor during Loading and Downloading material whilst observing HSE policies and procedures.
- Preparing material for outbound.
- Ensuring that the materials are stacked accurately assuring safe and proper placement.
- Reporting damages immediately to the supervisor while performing duty.
- Elevating potential problems, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement of operation to the supervisor.
- Performing any other related duties/projects assigned by Supervisor from time to time to meet business exigencies.
Qualifications & Characteristics
- Education – High School
- Work Experience – 2 years forklift experience in UAE
- Valid UAE Forklift Licence
- Basic Communication Skills
- Excellent hand/eye co ordination
- Aptitude towards safety
