About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning support, and maintenance of BMS and ELV systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
- Coordinate and oversee the installation and integration of HVAC controls, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm interfaces, Public Address, Intercom, Structured Cabling, and other ELV systems
- Read, interpret, and execute work based on electrical drawings, control schematics, network diagrams, and technical documentation
- Monitor and verify the installation, termination, and testing of field devices, controllers, sensors, actuators, control panels, and communication networks
- Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of BMS, ELV, and associated network communication systems
- Conduct point to point checks, functional testing, and support commissioning activities
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure seamless integration between systems
- Ensure proper cable management, labeling, documentation, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or related discipline
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in BMS and ELV systems, including supervisory or foreman level experience
- Strong understanding of building automation, HVAC controls, and ELV system integration
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, and TCP/IP
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical specifications
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning support

Your Role

What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related discipline.
