About the Role

- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for electrical construction projects
- Prepare baseline programmes, WBS, and resource loaded schedules aligned with electrical works execution
- Plan and sequence all electrical activities including MV/LV systems, cabling, switchgear, lighting, ELV, and commissioning works
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and produce regular progress updates and reports
- Identify critical path activities, delays, and potential schedule risks specific to electrical works
- Support delay analysis, forensic planning, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims preparation
- Track procurement schedules for long lead electrical equipment and materials
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment of electrical installation activities
- Prepare S curves, dashboards, and performance reports for management and client review meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of planning experience within the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of project scheduling principles, critical path analysis, and project controls
- Experience supporting delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
- Power BI and PowerPoint experience is advantageous

Role Overview

- Minimum 5+ years of planning experience within the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of project scheduling principles, critical path analysis, and project controls.
- Experience supporting delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
- Power BI and PowerPoint experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
