- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Prepare baseline programmes, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and resource loaded schedules
- Monitor project progress and analyse schedule performance against approved baselines
- Identify critical path activities, delays, and programme risks
- Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and delay analyses
- Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules to ensure alignment with project milestones
- Participate in progress review meetings and communicate programme status to project stakeholders
- Maintain planning records, programme revisions, assumptions, and schedule documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of planning experience within the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of project scheduling principles, critical path analysis, and project controls
- Experience supporting delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
- Power BI and PowerPoint experience is advantageous
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
