- Obtain and analyse quotations to achieve the best value while meeting technical and project requirements
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor order progress through to delivery
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or commercial issues
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, MEP, ELV, ICT, or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and commercial negotiations
- Experience sourcing technical materials and equipment for engineering or construction projects
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Role Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Procurement Officer to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for our technology and engineering projects.
- The successful candidate will ensure timely purchasing, cost optimization, and strong supplier relationships while maintaining compliance with company procurement policies and project requirements.

What We’re Looking For
