Overview
We are looking for a skilled
Facility Management Engineer (Civil)
to manage civil maintenance, repairs, and projects across multiple facilities.
The candidate must have strong experience in
building fabric, structural works, and finishing works
, with hands-on expertise in diagnosing and resolving site issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee
- civil maintenance and repair activities
- across facilities
- Manage and supervise works related to:
- Concrete works (including colored/stamped concrete)
- RCC structures and structural repairs
- Block work and masonry
- Painting and gypsum works
- Waterproofing systems
- Interlock and external paving works
- Conduct
- fault finding and troubleshooting
- , including:
- Rainwater leakage issues
- Structural defects and cracks
- Waterproofing failures
- Handle
- carpentry and joinery works
- , including:
- Doors (bi-folding & sliding)
- Pergolas and wooden structures
- Supervise
- facade maintenance and polishing works
- Carry out
- high-level inspections (rope access coordination/assessment)
- Ensure all works are executed as per
- quality, safety, and project standards
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare inspection reports, maintenance logs, and documentation
