- Manage and strengthen Business client relationships while growing key accounts.
- Drive end to end sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.
- Align telecom and digital solutions with client needs and business objectives.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, cross selling, and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and develop plans to address them.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Seek out opportunities to cross sell or upsell to existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics.
