Job Summary

  • We are looking for a results driven Key Account Manager (ICT Sales) to manage and grow high volume corporate accounts in the telecom industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE telecom dynamics, strong business acumen, and a proven track record selling complex digital infrastructure and advanced connectivity solutions.

Core Product Portfolio Focus

  • Next Gen Connectivity: SD WAN, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Corporate LAN, and Private 5G networks.
  • Cloud & Digital Infrastructure: Managed Public/Private Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data Centre Hosting/Colocation, and SaaS (Microsoft 365).
  • Enterprise Cybersecurity: Managed Security Services (MSSP), Firewalls, DDoS Mitigation, and SOC solutions.
  • IoT & Advanced Solutions: Smart City tech, Asset Tracking, Unified Communications (CCaaS), and AI driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Growth: Manage, strengthen, and grow high volume client accounts to achieve set corporate sales targets.
  • Sales Execution: Drive end to end sales cycles from prospecting and solution matching to commercial negotiation and contract closure.
  • Solution Alignment: Actively consult with enterprise clients to align the core ICT product portfolio with their digital transformation objectives.
  • Client Relationship: Cultivate profitable, long term relationships with key stakeholders, procurement heads, and decision makers.
  • Communication Link: Serve as the primary point of contact between enterprise clients and internal technical/delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a timely, effective manner to maintain high retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and suggest innovative territory management strategies to boost revenue.
