- Ensure high network availability, performance, and reliability
Requirements
- Strong understanding of DWDM technology (MUX/DEMUX, OTN, ROADM basics)
- Strong understanding of SDH hierarchy (STM 1, STM 4, STM 16, etc.)
- Experience with optical tools (OTDR, power meter, fusion splicer)
- Knowledge of alarm monitoring systems and NMS/EMS tools
- Ability to read fiber diagrams and network schematics
- Basic understanding of IP networking is a plus

Role Overview
- The DWDM & SDH Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of optical transmission networks, including DWDM and SDH systems.
