- Monitor applications and system alerts using tools such as Dynatrace and other monitoring platforms
- Support first level troubleshooting for application issues, connectivity concerns, and system alerts
- Record incidents, updates, and actions in the incident management system
- Coordinate with senior engineers and technical teams to ensure issues are resolved on time
- Assist in daily health checks, performance reports, and operational documentation
- Gain hands on exposure to IT operations, application support, incident management, and service reliability
Requirements
- Emirati candidates with Khulasat al qaid who are fresh graduates or early in their careers
- Must have completed Military service
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Strong interest in technology, monitoring tools, troubleshooting, and IT operations
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a shift based environment
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to grow in a technical role
