About the Role
Keolis.MHI is seeking a Fleet Planner to support mileage-based maintenance planning for rolling stock. The role involves analyzing work order projections, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams, and ensuring efficient fleet utilization.

Responsibilities
- Extract and analyse mileage based maintenance work order projections from the MMS
- Monitor rolling stock mileage accumulation against maintenance thresholds
- Prepare fleet maintenance forecasts identifying upcoming mileage based maintenance events
- Coordinate with Operations Planning and OCC team for train allocation and timetables
- Flag rolling stock units approaching defined mileage limits and coordinate for timely workshop induction
- Support scheduling of rolling stock into maintenance facilities
- Maintain and update Excel based fleet planning tools, mileage trackers, dashboards, and reports
- Review fleet utilisation trends and highlight risks
Requirements
- Engineering Graduate in Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communications, Transportation/Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience in engineering works management, maintenance, planning & scheduling
- Working knowledge of MMS system
- Working knowledge of scheduling work orders and assigning site works
- Fluent in English

Purpose
- Support the Planning Manager by planning and scheduling mileage based maintenance activities for rolling stock through analysis of work order projections from MMS and coordination with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Extract and analyse mileage based maintenance work order projections from the MMS
- Monitor rolling stock mileage accumulation against maintenance thresholds
- Prepare fleet maintenance forecasts
- Coordinate with Operations Planning and OCC team
- Flag rolling stock units approaching defined mileage limits
- Support scheduling of rolling stock into maintenance facilities
- Maintain and update Excel based fleet planning tools
- Review fleet utilisation trends and highlight risks
- Implement structured, data driven fleet planning processes
- Support re planning activities due to operational changes
Minimum Qualification
- Engineering Graduate in Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communications, Transportation/Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience in engineering works management, maintenance, planning & scheduling
- Working knowledge of MMS system
- Working knowledge of scheduling work orders and assigning site works
- Fluent in English
