Position: Fitness Operations Manager

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness facility and ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
• Ensure operational standards, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols are maintained at all times.
• Monitor gym floor activities, studio schedules, fitness programs, and member engagement.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate fitness trainers and support staff.
• Prepare staff schedules, attendance tracking, and shift planning.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain high service standards.
• Foster a positive, professional, and motivating work culture.

Member Experience & Retention

• Ensure exceptional customer service and personalized member experiences.
• Handle member concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Develop strategies to improve member retention and satisfaction.
• Build a welcoming and empowering environment for women clients.

Fitness Program Management

• Plan and execute fitness classes, wellness programs, workshops, and special events.
• Coordinate with trainers for customized fitness programs and member progress tracking.
• Ensure all fitness equipment is properly maintained and functional.

Business & Revenue Growth

• Support membership sales initiatives and revenue generation activities.
• Monitor operational costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Assist management in achieving monthly and annual business targets.
• Generate operational reports and provide insights for improvement.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and operational regulations.
• Maintain records, reports, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required.
