About the Role
R8dius, an Indigenous majority-owned professional services firm, seeks an Analyst to support SAP projects. You will develop requirements, design business processes, manage scope, and collaborate with clients.

Responsibilities
- Support SAP projects, develop requirements, and design future state business processes and tool configurations
- Report on Scope Management of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Collaborate with the project management office jointly with the client in managing both client and R8dius streams of work
- Support all facets of the end to end IT project lifecycle from planning, build, cutover, testing through to Hypercare
- Proactively report key risks and issues to the Project Manager
Requirements
- Self identifies as First Nations (Status or Non Status), Inuit, or Métis in Canada
- Completed post secondary education with an accounting/finance background (Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Technology or Computer Science programs)
- Knowledge of program and project management discipline including risk and quality management practices in waterfall and agile delivery
- Experience with business transformation and technology enablement project delivery
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Hands on ERP experience (e.g., SAP etc.) is a bonus

What will your typical day look like?
- Support SAP projects, develop requirements, and design future state business processes and tool configurations.
- Report on Scope Management of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with the project management office jointly with the client.
- Be trained and exposed to all facets of the end to end IT project lifecycle.
- Support the area of focus assigned, whether testing, cutover, or program management.

Total Rewards
- Salary range: CAD 50,000 CAD 90,000.
- Eligible to participate in bonus program.
