About the Role
Venture Gulf Engineering seeks a Fire Instructor to deliver online and in-person training classes to clients. The role requires ensuring proper documentation and adherence to OPITO, QP, OXY, DEL, and MOQ standards.

Responsibilities
- Deliver all training modules on site or at training centre via online class or physical classroom
- Provide appropriate, intellectually stimulating instruction considering unique learning abilities of each student
- Ensure OPITO, QP, OXY, DEL and MOQ standards are implemented, maintained and delivered
- Ensure proper set of documents and correct information are available prior to delivery of training session
- Prepare sales order in accordance with company requirements
- Assess participants
- Develop, update procedures, policies forms as per necessity and requirement
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Training Centre Manager/Head of Training Department
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of work experience in related job function
- A1 or equivalent qualification course
- Any international course and offshore visit
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer skill
- Teaching skills
- Adaptability & enthusiasm for learning

Objectives
- This role is responsible to deliver the online and normal training classes to the clients and to ensure relevant information has been filled by participants and proper set of documents with correct information are delivered to admin.
Supervision responsibilities
- Interacts with delegates and staff regarding the progress of students in the classes.
Technical responsibilities
- Delivers all training modules on site or on training centre via online class or on physical classroom.
- Provides appropriate, intellectually stimulating instruction in each class by taking into consideration the unique learning abilities of each student.
- Ensures that OPITO, QP, OXY, DEL and MOQ standards are being implemented, maintained and delivered.
- To ensure proper set of documents and correct information are available with instructor prior to delivery of training session.
General responsibilities
- Prepare sales order in accordance with company requirements.
- To assess the participants
- Developing, updating the procedure, policies forms as per the necessity and requirement.
- Performs other tasks as assigned/instructed by the Training Centre Manager/ Head of Training Department.
