About the Role
Publicis Groupe seeks a Financial Controller for Publicis Media UAE to control and monitor finances and manage reporting requirements. You will prepare monthly actuals and quarterly forecasts, manage financial controls, and support performance improvement.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly actuals and quarterly forecasts to Regional FP&A team
- Manage monthly financial controls from risk and audit perspective
- Assist Finance Director in identifying opportunities for performance improvement
- Review and approve master data and journal entries within internal systems
- Coordinate with Finance team to consolidate actuals and forecasts
- Support development of financial reporting and analysis tools
- Monitor operational data to identify risks or irregularities
- Act as backup for other Finance team members and Finance Director
- Resolve operational queries requiring Finance expertise
- Drive automation of manual tasks where possible
- Enhance FP&A processes by designing and implementing improvements to forecasting accuracy
- Develop dashboards in collaboration with Internal Transformation team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting
- Professional certification such as CMA or ACCA (desirable)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis
- Expert Excel skills with speed and agility
- Knowledge of Hyperion Smart View (a plus)

Role Overview
- The Financial Controller will control and monitor finances and manage all reporting requirements of Publicis Media UAE.
