- Oversee day to day accounting, month end closing, and prepare comprehensive financial statements
- Lead annual budgeting process and continuous financial forecasting
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a finance team of 3 to 5 accounting professionals
- Monitor daily cash flow, manage working capital, and implement cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations including ZATCA e invoicing and VAT filings
- Partner with logistics and kitchen operations to audit inventory controls and vendor management
- Provide data driven financial insights, feasibility studies for new store openings, and profitability analysis

Overview
- Our client is a leading SME company in the field of the Food Chain industry.
- They are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations in Saudi Arabia, driving financial health and supporting the company's regional growth.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee day to day accounting, month end closing, and prepare comprehensive financial statements for the Country CEO and Group CFO.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and continuous financial forecasting tailored to food chain operations (food costs, wastage, and labor).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a finance team of 3 to 5 accounting professionals.
- Cash Flow & Cost Optimization: Monitor daily cash flow, manage working capital, and implement strict cost control measures across all food chain outlets.
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure full compliance with Saudi tax regulations, including ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) e invoicing and VAT filings.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Finance: Partner with logistics and kitchen operations to audit inventory controls, variance reporting, and vendor management.
- Strategic Analysis: Provide the executive team with data driven financial insights, feasibility studies for new store openings, and profitability analysis.
