Overview
- We have an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to join our organization for a Finance Intern role. The Finance intern will support the finance team in day to day financial activities, reporting, and analysis.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and basic financial reports.
- Support variance analysis by comparing actual results against budgets.
- Help compile financial data and reports for internal review.
- Perform basic financial modeling and data analysis under supervision.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Support documentation and filing for audits and compliance purposes.
- Help ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or final year student with relevant coursework).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA Level I) are an advantage but not required.
Experience and Competencies
- 0–2 years of internship or entry level experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
- Financial Basics: Understanding accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel and financial tools; willingness to learn ERP systems.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
