Responsibilities

  • Responsible for after-sales technical support in MEA markets;
  • Responsible for investigating, diagnosing and resolving the technical issues;
  • Responsible for providing remote technical guidance and support to the distributors;
  • Responsible for delivering field technical support to the distributors;
  • Responsible for coordinating and validating repair solutions for quality-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry and after-sales service processes;
  • Conversational English proficiency and strong working knowledge of standard office software;
  • Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills, with a detail-oriented, responsive, and accountable work ethic;
  • A strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude—able to actively engage with and understand the business and remain highly sensitive to the needs of different departments;
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, approachability, professional integrity, and a self-motivated mindset;
  • Education: Associate degree or above;
  • Preferred Major: Automotive or related fields;
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the repair and maintenance of new energy vehicle (NEV) triple-electric systems (battery, motor, and electronic control).
