About the Role

- Responsible for market planning and analysis in various countries
- Set spare parts & accessories sales targets, track indicators, and manage operations in various countries
- Communicate and sign business plans for spare parts and accessories in various countries
- Review spare parts and accessories orders and business payment
- Track spare parts and accessories supply and BO management
- Manage dealer inventory and monthly plans
- Handle shipment of export spare parts and accessories, logistics docking
- Responsible for launch of spare parts for new car models in various countries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 years of working experience in spare parts or after sales in the automotive industry
- Excellent cross team communication and coordination skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
