About the Role
Changan MEA is looking for a Regional Brand Planning Specialist to develop and implement brand promotion strategies for the MEA region. Responsibilities include market research, brand strategy decomposition, campaign planning, budget management, and monitoring brand metrics.

Responsibilities
- Complete market research, user research, and insight into target user values and brand attitude changes
- Decompose the company's overseas brand strategic objectives and scheme the annual brand promotion strategy for the M&A regional market
- Prepare and implement brand promotion plans for the M&A regional market, including brand launch activities, product launch activities, exhibition activities, and important IP cooperation
- Collaborate cross departmentally with the domestic brand team to ensure regional brand promotion aligns with overall strategy
- Implement brand localization strategy to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and cultural customs
- Maintain brand VI guidelines to ensure consistency in content and vision
- Manage budgets for branding projects and evaluate project effectiveness
- Monitor brand metrics to improve brand awareness, brand preference, and brand loyalty
- Construct and operate regional official platforms, including official websites and social media accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 years or more of work experience in branding or marketing
- Outstanding English communication and writing skills
- Outstanding Arabic communication and writing skills
- Good communication, coordination, and execution skills
- Majoring in journalism and communication, advertising, marketing, or related majors is preferred
- Working experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Good project planning and management skills are preferred

Position Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of work experience in branding or marketing.

- Outstanding Arabic communication and writing skills.
- Working experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
