How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance crews in turbine generator disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy Quality and EHS standards during all project activities.
• Manage site safety programs and conduct complex site surveys to develop effective maintenance plans.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports covering all job activities and progress.
• Collaborate with sales and planning teams to prepare schedules, parts lists, and resource requirements.
• Identify potential delays and support claim management to minimize impacts on project timelines.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputable university.
• 3 to 5 years of engineering experience, with a strong background in rotating equipment.
• Extensive experience with large gas turbines, preferably advanced frames and V-Frame.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Project, along with strong report writing skills.
• Leadership and communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in high-pressure environments.
