Field Sales Representative (Cars)

• We are looking to hire enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Representative to manage our car sales.
• They will be part of our Cars segment and will be meeting buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales.
• We are looking for strong negotiators with excellent communication skills and ability to drive sales.
• As a Field Sales Representative, you will be part of our Cars segment and will be meeting buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales.You will act as a mediator between the company and clients to achieve targeted sales and margins.
• In this role, you will:
• Build strong relationship with our clients (Sellers and buyers)
• Present the cars features and demonstration (test drive) during field viewings
• Work closely with our finance, insurance and transfer team to ensure success of vehicle transfer
• Identifying customer's needs before making recommendations
• Assist with clients queries and questions via phone, email during the viewings
• Understand the motors market and its various audiences
• Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio
• Promote various models as per the interest of the buyers
• Understand the inspection report before starting your viewings and explain to the customers the vehicle condition, service, warranty and history professionally
• Share the inspection report with our buyers
• Update the viewings and add the comments on the system accurately and on time

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a field representative /account manager in UAE (Preferred within the Motors industry
• Experience using CRM software/Apps (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Strong closing skills
• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively & efficiently
• Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients
