Role Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor leads and oversees continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems.

The role provides technical engineering oversight, supervises outsourced teams, manages emergencies, and supports seamless operations across all shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering oversight across nights, weekends, holidays, and 24/7 shifts.
  • Supervise outsourced teams performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, and other critical building systems.
  • Monitor contractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate SLA and KPI compliance.
  • Lead technical emergency response, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate recovery actions.
  • Review maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records and support root cause analysis.
  • Ensure maintenance work complies with safety, environmental, and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of facilities operations and maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, troubleshooting, and diagnostic abilities.
  • Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, and energy management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance strategies, and emergency response protocols.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently across shifts and manage multiple stakeholders.
