Role Overview

Work Schedule and Location

• The work location is Dubai, UAE.
• The schedule is six days per week with eight working hours plus one additional hour.

Compensation

• The salary is AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month, with benefits according to UAE law.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer vehicle repairs accurately, on time, and to a high-quality standard.
• Meet productivity targets, quality-control requirements, and allocated repair-order timelines.
• Use protective equipment and keep customer vehicles and the work area clean.
• Maintain hand tools and complete all customer requests listed on repair orders.
• Inspect completed work, identify additional repair needs, and document work accurately.
• Read schematics and assembly instructions, verify dimensions, and confirm required parts.
• Mark cutting lines, maintain production schedules, and test products for functionality.
• Troubleshoot and stress-test products, report malfunctions, and follow safety standards.
• Maximize material utilization and advise operations management on suitable materials and durability.
• Review technical references for compatibility with vehicle designs and provide technical sheets.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of fiberglass, carbon fiber, or composite fabrication experience.
• Strong skills in molding, laminating, curing, sanding, polishing, and composite finishing.
• Ability to work from technical drawings, templates, or 3D models.
• Knowledge of resins, adhesives, hardeners, and safety materials.
• Attention to detail and a creative approach to custom automotive projects.

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with composite fabrication tools, vacuum bagging systems, molds, and curing ovens is helpful.
• Basic computer skills for reading digital templates or CAD drawings are helpful.
• English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is advantageous.
• Safety certifications and manufacturer or industry-specific composite fabrication training are preferred.
