DRUK Recruitment is hiring a Business Development Manager for a reputed, state-of-the-art joinery and furniture manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali, Dubai, specializing in customized woodwork and bespoke furniture.
With over 20 years in the industry, we have sophisticated machinery, experienced craftsmen, and a professional project execution team.
As part of its continued expansion and business growth, we are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong industry connections.
Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, securing projects, and expanding the company's presence within the joinery, interior fit-out, and furniture sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the joinery, fit-out, interior design, and furniture sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop business relationships with interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and project stakeholders.
- Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate qualified leads and project opportunities.
