Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of assigned F&B outlets, restaurants, bars, and banquets.
  • Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales, revenue, covers, average check, and outlet performance.
  • Control food, beverage, labor, inventory, wastage, and operating costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team and prepare duty rosters based on business needs.
  • Handle guest complaints and coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, housekeeping, engineering, sales, front office, and other departments.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, requisitions, breakage, wastage, and monthly stocktaking.
  • Support promotions, events, banquets, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, brand standards, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Review departmental reports, implement corrective actions, and maintain a safe, positive working environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of F&B management experience is required, preferably in a hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
  • Candidates should be currently based in Qatar.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and revenue management is required.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and health and safety standards is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
  • Candidates should be able to manage, motivate, and develop a multicultural team.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, TINIS, hotel operating systems, and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Excellent guest service and complaint-handling skills are required.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail are expected.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and peak operational periods is required.
  • Good command of English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
