About the Role

- Supervise day to day operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and beach service
- Ensure service standards and operational procedures are consistently followed
- Monitor cleanliness, setup, and readiness of all service areas
- Deliver excellent guest service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
- Lead and support team members during shifts, ensuring productivity and efficiency
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily updates and promotions
- Assist in training and coaching team members
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Ensure accuracy in order taking, billing, and cash handling
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a beach club, resort, or high volume environment
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, outdoor environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Main Duties & Responsibilities
