- Develop and execute market expansion strategy across Africa and the GCC
- Lead regulatory engagement and obtain necessary approvals/certifications
- Build partnerships with banks, ERP providers, tax authorities, and system integrators
- Conduct market research, size opportunities, and define entry priorities
- Lead go to market planning with product, compliance, and marketing teams
- Monitor post launch performance and provide data driven recommendations
- Prepare business cases to guide investment decisions
- Build and mentor regional expansion teams as the company scales
Requirements
- 7+ years in market expansion, strategy, or partnerships (fintech, SaaS, or regtech preferred)
- Proven experience launching products across multiple African and GCC markets
- Strong understanding of B2B software solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Languages: English + French + Arabic required, Portuguese is a plus
- MBA or advanced degree a plus

About the role
- We are hiring for a fast growing B2B SaaS regtech company.
- They are looking for an Expansion Manager to lead market entry across Africa and the GCC.
- This role reports directly to the COO. You will own regulatory engagement, partnerships, GTM strategy, and operational setup in new markets.
