Role Overview
- We’re looking for a passionate and curious Account Executive to be part of team, executing campaigns for an exciting brand.
- As an Executive it will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth delivery of briefs, managing internal / external stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- This role will have an emphasis on delivering 360 degree campaigns at scale.
Technical & Product
- Deliver on Accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills with a keen ability to keep supervisors properly informed.
- Being a self starter: must be a quick learner, intuitive, and proactive.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Bringing a 'fresh' approach to the business bringing new ideas to each project and task.
- Accuracy of contract reports and follow ups, as well as internal processes / cost estimates / invoicing / etc.
- Work hand in hand with our in house design team to create best in class content.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment while ensuring high standard of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field.
- 1 2 years experience in related field (some degree of advertising agency experience is necessary).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Evidence of being solution driven and innovative.
- Exceptional communication skills that foster a strong relationship with team members and the client.
- Expert time manager and ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to negotiate with team members and clients to accomplish tasks and drive projects forward.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
- Understanding of the Client’s business is essential; the AE will be required to forge positive relationships with his/her Clients through consistent contact and diligent client service.
- Ability to build solid relations with other agency departments (Creative, Social media, Traffic, Planning, and Finance) to help facilitate efficient day to day internal operations.
