Professional Summary

Experienced Executive Chef with more than 8 years of expertise in restaurant operations, kitchen management, menu development, and team leadership.

Skilled in managing high-volume kitchens, maintaining food quality standards, controlling food costs, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Strong background in international cuisines, staff training, and restaurant profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant kitchen operations efficiently.
  • Create and develop innovative restaurant menus and special dishes.
  • Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor food cost, portion control, and inventory management.
  • Train, lead, and motivate kitchen staff and junior chefs.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards according to HACCP regulations.
  • Coordinate with restaurant management for smooth operations.
  • Handle supplier purchasing and kitchen budgeting.
  • Introduce seasonal menus and improve restaurant performance.
  • Ensure timely food delivery during busy restaurant hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in restaurant kitchens.
  • Previous experience as Executive Chef or Sous Chef preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of international and fusion cuisines.
  • Experience in fine dining or casual dining restaurants.
  • Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Culinary diploma or chef certification is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English.
