Role Overview
Provide Executive Butler Service to arriving guests and throughout their hotel stay.
Deliver personalized hospitality service using guest preferences and approved hotel systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage arrival experiences, room checks, amenity placement, and guest itinerary assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the Executive Butler Pantry on allocated floors.
- Attend daily pre-shift briefings and complete shift handovers according to procedures.
- Review, collect, and record guest preferences using Opera PMS and GXP.
- Personalize amenities and retain guest preferences in GXP for future visits.
- Use approved guest information in company systems to support personalized service.
- Recognize long-staying guests and use their names and correct titles.
- Explain hotel facilities, services, and room or suite features to guests.
- Assist front-office teams with coverage and prompt guest service.
- Follow BSA service standards, address guests by name, and offer further assistance.
Work Requirements
- Russian language capability is required for the role.
- The role requires standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
- The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
