Role overview
Lead pricing strategy, governance and commercial optimization across a multi-country international MVNO business.
Ensure retail and proposition pricing balances customer competitiveness, subscriber growth, revenue, ARPU and gross margin.
Lead and develop a pricing team while establishing a disciplined pricing capability across international markets.
Candidate requirements
- Significant previous experience within a Mobile Network Operator is required.
- Strong understanding of mobile telecommunications economics is required, including wholesale network costs, voice, SMS, data, roaming and interconnect.
- The role requires people leadership experience and the ability to develop pricing professionals and analysts.
Pricing strategy and leadership
- Own and develop international pricing strategy across all operating markets.
- Lead pricing across prepaid, postpaid, SIM, eSIM, bundles, voice, SMS, data and roaming propositions.
- Establish pricing principles, governance, approval processes and commercial controls.
- Provide senior management with recommendations on pricing and commercial strategy.
- Lead major pricing transformation and optimization initiatives.
