The Role

  • Partnering with a prominent luxury real estate developer headquartered in Dubai, renowned for high end residential and mixed use developments.
  • Seeking a highly professional, proactive, and detail oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO.
  • Ideal candidate is sharp, quick to learn, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs while managing a broad range of responsibilities in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and executive documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow up on key action items.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well spoken, professional, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong ability to prepare high quality presentations and management reports.
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
