Role Description
- We are seeking a sharp, execution-focused Personal Branding & Executive Assistant to operate from the Founder’s Office.
- This role blends content execution, personal brand scaling, strategic operations, and executive support.
- You will be responsible for:
- Amplifying the founder’s digital presence
- Managing high-leverage relationships
- Ensuring flawless execution across content, partnerships, and priorities
- Acting as a force multiplier for the founder’s time and impact
- This is not a traditional admin role.
- This is a growth + influence + operations role.
1. Personal Brand Management (Content & Growth)
- Manage and execute founder’s content strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube)
- Repurpose long-form into short-form (carousels, clips, reels, threads)
- Coordinate with editors/designers
- Draft posts in founder’s voice
- Manage content calendar & publishing schedule
- Track growth metrics (engagement, reach, inbound leads)
- Identify speaking, podcast, and collaboration opportunities
- Build relationships with creators and industry leaders
Goal
Position the founder as a category authority in AI, startups, leadership, and personal development.
2. Executive Operations
- Calendar management (high ROI scheduling only)
- Inbox management (prioritization + drafting responses)
- Meeting preparation briefs (context, key objectives, background)
- Follow-ups and accountability tracking
- Weekly KPI dashboard for Founder
- Document preparation (proposals, decks, briefs)
- Assist in event planning & public appearances
Goal
Increase Founder’s productive output by 2–3x.
3. Relationship & Opportunity Management
- Manage CRM for high-value relationships
- Follow up with investors, clients, partners
- Maintain speaking & media pipeline
- Screen inbound collaboration requests
- Track strategic partnerships
4. Systems & Execution Excellence
- Build SOPs for repeatable processes
- Optimize tools (Notion, CRM, AI tools, automations)
- Create dashboards for visibility
- Anticipate problems before they happen
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years in Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office, or Personal Brand role
- Strong writing ability (must be able to write in founder’s voice)
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn & short-form content ecosystems
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive
- High emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
- AI tool fluency (ChatGPT, automation tools, content repurposing tools)
Preferred Background
- Experience working with a founder or CEO
- Experience managing personal brands >10K followers
- Experience in AI, startups, venture, or consulting ecosystems
- Experience coordinating media appearances or events

- Monthly audience growth rate
- Engagement rate improvement
- Qualified inbound opportunities generated
- Founder time saved (measured via scheduling optimization)
- Execution turnaround speed
- Content consistency (minimum weekly output targets)
