Role Description

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with technical and product teams to shape tailored AI solutions
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and demos that clearly communicate value
  • Support contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine positioning
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive revenue growth and ensure a smooth handoff from prospecting to implementation

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver clear, compelling presentations.
  • Proficiency in lead generation and market research, including prospecting, qualification, and identifying new segments or use cases for AI solutions.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret client needs, evaluate data and trends, and support the development of tailored business cases and ROI models.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in technology, SaaS, or AI related solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, target driven environment with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools; experience in the Dubai or broader GCC market is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and translate technical concepts into business value.
