- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline, and support the full sales cycle for AI solutions
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients, schedule and lead introductory conversations
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and solution presentations
- Perform market research on target industries, analyze client needs, and communicate the value of Spark AI’s offerings
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare reports on business development activities, and contribute to revenue growth and strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, evaluate market data, and support data driven decision making
- Excellent Communication abilities for presenting solutions, writing proposals, and collaborating with stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and nurturing opportunities
- Market Research skills to identify trends, map target accounts, and understand competitive landscapes
- Customer Service orientation to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long term client relationships
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology or AI driven solutions
- Comfort working in a fast paced, target oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic understanding of AI concepts or willingness to learn quickly
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage
