Role Description
- This full time, on site Business Development Specialist role is based in Dubai.
- Focuses on driving growth for Spark AI’s SaaS and AI solution offerings.
- Will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and lead outreach.
- Day to day work includes market research, client needs analysis, preparing and delivering pitches and demos, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Also involves nurturing relationships with key decision makers, maintaining CRM records, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong SaaS sales background, with experience in full cycle business development and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in lead generation and pipeline management, including prospecting, qualification, and opportunity nurturing.
- Analytical skills and market research abilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize target segments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or AI driven solutions in clear business terms.
- Customer service mindset and relationship building skills to ensure long term client satisfaction and retention.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms, and comfort working with data driven performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in AI, technology, or software sectors and knowledge of the Dubai or broader Middle East market are advantageous.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, collaborate with cross functional teams, and adapt in a fast paced, evolving environment.
